Up and Coming

Hello to all

Sorry but I have been busy trying to correct Book 2 with those additions and deletions … so far one part is done.  Does not sound like much but it was very stressful for me since I dislike any rewrites to the max, coupled with my lack of ability to do rewrites smoothly.  I could write a whole new book while just doing these 40,000 words.

Good news I finished Part 3 of Book 2 and while it still needs to go to an editor for corrections and smoothness, I am happy with the contents and that is important for me at this time in life.

Next is Part 2 of Book 2.. another approx. 40,000 word section that is missing two major events which of course need to be addressed:  one being that of a wedding of our hero and the other being a death of a son. These are important to the story-line and were left out by omission.

Hold on are you going backwards???? I hear those minds grinding away…

Yes I am going backwards, the reasoning is that the first part of the book has lost what I wanted in edits, rewrites, retouching,  etc, and now just does not match or has what I need.  For me it takes time to think out what to do and how to achieve that by sliding in words or sentences.  When I started I read through making notes of what areas has issues. The third part won out as the less changes, thus in essence being the less of the three evils… therefore by my logic reverse the order

If you are into the Hero’s Journey then Part 2 of Book 2 section would be in the transformation section. In this section the Hero is being transformed into a warrior prince … sigh… awwww… sounds so sweet, so nice …muhahahahaha…. throw in wrench. Not always it the roses and champagne for a royal life that is dreamt about.
