sigh .. make that SIGHHHHHHHHHHH with curse words added in for punch
I am sitting here with my ‘plow’ in hand, ‘hoeing’ though the ‘weeds’ of the books and what do my wandering eyes come across…. loads of “alien” words that have been CHANGED in spelling from original.
WAY way too many “alien” words that were changed from my original spelling and I am hitting them ALL in this one chapter from Book 2 that was done LONG ago like in 2016/2017.
Because I failed to change them then, I am now having to change out the dictionary as well as the companion guide. That means MANY pages and more than one spelling change because the companion guide was written in like 2013 and then partially redone in 2015 …. both times before the books were fully edited.
New edict I am declaring: NO MORE changes in spelling unless it really matters.. and I mean it better be a GREAT excuse: “do not like” is no longer cutting it after today.
Let us see how long this edict works for me…
Five minutes later: “ooh not sure on that word there”
Darn it …………….
